New Red Flag Stamping Workshop Technical Renovation Project
The project is contracted by the Ninth Mechanical Institute, launched in 2019 and completed in 2021, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 complete vehicle stamping parts. The total building area is 22,047 m2, and a large high-speed stamping production line is constructed in the workshop. The entire line is equipped with an efficient automation system that can perform automatic unloading of sheets, cleaning and oiling, alignment, automatic replacement of end pickers, and automatic replacement of molds. The stamping production line has the capability for mixed steel and aluminum production and possesses a high level of production compatibility.
At the same time, the stamping workshop is also equipped with fully automatic overhead cranes, which can achieve automatic replacement of production molds; the end pickers use a three-dimensional storage system for end pickers, greatly improving operational convenience and space utilization; the mold maintenance area adopts a combination of one debugging press and two matching presses, making it easier for mold return debugging and maintenance work.
The stamping workshop also considers building an intelligent control system to digitize logistics distribution information, visualize production information, and list equipment information, thereby enhancing the workshop's management capabilities and meeting users' customized information communication needs.
