The project is contracted by the Ninth Mechanical Institute, started in 2022, and is expected to be completed and put into production in 2024, with an annual production capacity of 1.6 million large stamping cover parts for cabs. The project expands the existing thin plate stamping workshop, with an expansion area of about 10,000 square meters. A new fully automatic high-speed mechanical stamping production line with a capacity of 56,000 kN is added, using a multi-link mechanical press, equipped with cleaning and oiling machines, and highly flexible linear seven-axis robots; the end of the line is equipped with forklift-type AGVs to achieve automatic transfer and storage of stamped parts.
The workshop uses a comprehensive intelligent production management system to achieve intelligent scheduling management of equipment such as end pickers in three-dimensional warehouses, automated stamping lines, AGV transfer at the end of the line, and three-dimensional warehouses for stamped parts; it employs a digital twin for the entire line to visualize the production process and operational status; by monitoring key equipment and components, combined with big data analysis, it achieves preventive maintenance of equipment.
