Changchun Automobile Development Zone Prosperity Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project Production Line EPC General Contracting Project Stamping Workshop
The project was launched in 2020, with the Ninth Mechanical Institute responsible for the general contracting. It was completed and put into production in 2021, with an annual output of 200,000 complete vehicle stamping parts. The overall building area of the workshop is 55,378 square meters, and it has two large high-speed stamping production lines. The entire line is equipped with an efficient automation system that can complete functions such as three-dimensional storage of sheet materials, automatic feeding, automatic unstacking, cleaning and oiling, alignment, automatic replacement of end pickers, automatic mold replacement, and transportation of stamped parts.
This stamping workshop is an intelligent stamping workshop built by integrating advanced technology and innovative design concepts. It fully adopts a modular design concept, allowing the regional modules and functional modules to achieve both concentrated layout of functions and close integration of various zones. The workshop employs multiple advanced technologies and innovative processes, including a fully automated high-speed steel-aluminum hybrid stamping production line with a maximum production rhythm of 15 spm, and utilizes a double-wing layout combined with fully automated overhead cranes to significantly improve production mold change efficiency. It also includes an integrated mold debugging center for pre-batch debugging of molds, an industry-first three-dimensional sheet material warehouse with an automatic transportation AGV system at the end of the line, further enhancing the automation rate of stamping production. At the same time, the intelligent central control system achieves collaboration between production and equipment, creating a digitally connected digital twin workshop.
The architectural design of this stamping workshop adheres to an open and inclusive design philosophy, incorporating elements of the Red Flag and presenting a three-dimensional flying shape of 'Wings of Dreams', highlighting the extreme pursuit and meticulous production atmosphere of stamping production. The centralized public system machine room in the production area meets the functional needs of the workshop while ensuring a simple and transparent layout within the workshop. Three-level energy metering, intelligent zoned lighting, and coordinated energy supply achieve visualized energy management in the workshop. The stamping workshop follows a 'people-oriented' design philosophy, rationally and effectively planning the zoning for human flow and logistics, separating production from office human flow while making stamping production a beautiful landscape in the flow of office personnel.
