FAW Jiefang Commercial Vehicle Guanghan Base Project
The cab painting workshop project at the FAW Jiefang commercial vehicle base in Guanghan is contracted by the Ninth Institute as an EPC project, including the main engineering of the painting workshop, refrigeration station, sewage treatment station, and other related supporting facilities. The newly built painting production line will produce cabs and bumpers for the Jiefang commercial vehicle J6/J7 series, with a capacity of 40,000 units and a production cycle of 4.4 minutes per unit. A three-dimensional digital virtual factory model is used to achieve seamless integration from design to actual production; the electrophoresis process employs the latest international IGBT module control technology, which reduces electricity consumption while ensuring a more uniform paint film; the painting booth uses dry spray technology developed by the Ninth Institute, which saves 40% more energy compared to traditional spray booths; automatic spray robots are used for body sealing, underbody coating, and interior and exterior surface painting. This has improved the automation rate of the workshop. The workshop's central control system includes PMC process monitoring, production management, equipment management, and energy management, collecting and monitoring data from various systems such as process systems, conveyor systems, auxiliary equipment, and robots to enhance equipment monitoring and automated management capabilities in the workshop.
