The FAW Wushan Base production capacity enhancement project - the new painting project is contracted by the Ninth Institute EPC, including the main engineering of the painting workshop four, as well as related supporting facilities such as the refrigeration station, sewage treatment station, and corridor. The new painting production line has a production rhythm of 25 JPH, using water-based 3C2B technology, and features complete functions for pretreatment, electrophoresis, PVC, primer, topcoat, and cavity wax spraying. It accommodates three platforms and two basic body types. Both PVC and primer/topcoat are applied using robotic automatic spraying, while body storage utilizes three-dimensional storage. The electrical control system adopts a distributed control method, and the central control room achieves real-time monitoring of all equipment in the painting workshop. Upholding the design concept of 'advanced, intelligent, and green', it aims to create a digitally driven green intelligent future factory.
