Volkswagen Anhui Coating
The Volkswagen Hefei factory in Anhui is the first factory built by Volkswagen in China for the production of pure electric platform vehicles. The painting workshop has a building area of 61,000 square meters and a production rhythm of 60 JPH. The Ninth Institute of Machinery undertakes the EPC general contracting for the civil engineering, public systems, fire protection systems, wastewater treatment, and painting equipment of the painting workshop.
The painting production line includes pre-treatment, cathodic electrophoresis, automatic glue application, automatic spraying, and automatic waxing processes, using Volkswagen Group's latest 2010V spraying technology.
The pre-treatment electrophoresis uses a rod conveyor, the spraying section employs the latest dry paper box spray booth, drying uses a new through-type structure, and the waxing section utilizes the latest generation of waxing technology independently developed by the Ninth Institute.
