Geely Aisin Automatic Transmission Construction Project - EPC General Contracting Project
The project is located at the intersection of Yinwan East Road and Haixing Road, Zhongyuan Road in the Hangzhou Bay New District of Cixi, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of approximately 143,800 square meters, with a building area of about 96,700 square meters. The project is a completely new factory, including a joint factory building, living quarters, station building, warehouse, platform, corridor, guardhouse, and supporting facilities. The joint factory building is a one-story truss structure (with three floors of concrete frame structure for living quarters), the living quarters are a three-story concrete frame structure, and both the station building and warehouse are one-story light steel structures. The platform and guardhouse are concrete frame structures.
The Geely Aisin automatic transmission construction project is a joint venture established by Geely Automobile Group and Japan's Aisin Company to jointly invest in the construction of an automatic transmission production factory. The project started on December 14, 2018, and was completed and accepted on November 17, 2020. Mechanical Ninth Institute undertook the EPC general contracting work for this project, which includes geological exploration, design, procurement, construction, debugging, acceptance, and warranty work. This is also the first EPC general contracting project for Geely Automobile Group.
