China First Automobile Group Corporation R&D General Institute New Energy Intelligent Network Innovation Test BaseThe project is located west of Jia Er Street and north of Yi Er Road in the Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone, south of the Harbin-Dalian High-Speed Railway, and east of FAW Forging. The building area is 230,000 square meters, with a construction investment of 1.55 billion yuan.
The project started in August 2021. By adopting 'reverse' construction and innovative heating solutions, it achieved warm closure in just four months, setting a new benchmark for the construction progress of group engineering projects.
The new technology used in the project, 'high-power dynamic wireless charging road', was featured in a special report by CCTV. The project fully implemented the 'sponge city' plan, creating a Jiangnan garden-style green landscape. The project design utilized BIM three-dimensional auxiliary design methods across all scenarios, achieving a high-level LOD400 depth within the industry.
The overall appearance of the project maintains a unified skyline height and color, featuring a colonnade design that is both solemn and rhythmically strong; the innovative space incorporates an indoor garden design to enhance the quality of office testing conditions.
The project adopts a smart park approach, integrating computer networks, IP telephony, access management, equipment management, energy efficiency management, Hongqi minibuses, IoT platforms, IOC platforms, mobile service platforms, digital broadcasting, conference management, security management, scenario software, smart services, 3D visualization, vehicle-road collaboration, catering management, automatic parking, and visitor management into a single management platform to showcase the intelligence of the park. This project is the first application of an all-optical network in an automobile factory project, demonstrating the development of China's network technology and flexible wiring. The entire park's building lighting system uses an intelligent lighting system; the visitor corridor can be fully lit with one button to ensure functionality during visits while using human sensors during regular use to ensure practicality and energy efficiency. The innovative space lobby features lighting animation effects for the first time. An energy management system for the park has been established to monitor energy consumption and manage energy systems. Remote monitoring of workshop air conditioning units and various pump control systems in joint station buildings has been implemented to achieve intelligent control of the factory.
