Changchun Automobile Economic Development Zone Prosperity Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project
The Changchun Automotive Development Zone Prosperity Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project is located in the Changchun Automotive Industry Technology Development Zone, covering an area of 755,000 square meters, with a building area of 435,000 square meters. The total investment for the project is 8 billion RMB, funded by the government coordinating relevant enterprises for construction, pioneering and exploring a new model of government-enterprise cooperation. Once completed, the project will create over 3,600 jobs and an annual output value exceeding 40 billion RMB. This project is not only a key project for realizing the development strategy layout of China FAW Hongqi but also an important project to support the economic development of the Changchun region.
Project planning concept: Adhering to the design philosophy of 'new nobility, new delicacy, new sentiment', following the principles of 'lean production' and 'quality first', and combining advanced lean production methods, the aim is to create a 'modern, intelligent, and green' benchmark factory. This project meets the forward-looking development layout of Hongqi and adopts first-class advanced technology to establish a modern intelligent factory. It utilizes advanced design concepts to achieve a first-class technological level simulation twin factory and is also a low-carbon green factory with first-class energy utilization. It sets a new benchmark for practicing energy-saving and environmental protection concepts and creates a new paradigm for intelligent manufacturing in the automotive industry.
The characteristics of this project are as follows:
1. Integrating advanced processes and equipment such as intelligent robots, ultrasonic testing, and predictive maintenance, reflecting high flexibility, high quality, and high automation manufacturing levels to build a modern intelligent factory;
2. Utilizing advanced digital means such as process simulation, virtual debugging, and intelligent monitoring to achieve 'twinning' from virtual factory design to actual factory construction, creating a digital intelligent factory;
3. Introducing tiered battery and photovoltaic green energy storage technology, waste heat recovery technology, rainwater recycling, and wastewater treatment technology to create an efficient, energy-saving, clean, and environmentally friendly green factory.
The main workshops are as follows:
1. The stamping workshop covers an area of 30,960 square meters (including auxiliary area); (length 240m, width 129m), with a stamping parts warehouse area of 17,280 square meters (including auxiliary area). (length 240m, width 72m)
2. The welding workshop occupies an area of 59,520 square meters for processes and 14,928 square meters for logistics;
3. The painting workshop is 372 meters long and 126 meters wide, covering an area of 43,799 square meters with a building area of 85,722.1 square meters, using B1:B2 water-based compact painting technology.
4. The assembly workshop has a total area of 96,000 square meters, including an assembly area of 76,000 square meters and a testing area of 20,000 square meters. The vehicle assembly area and vehicle testing area are arranged in separate zones with a 'blue sky and white clouds' working environment. More than 60% of workstations are free from steel structure obstructions to maximize natural lighting for energy saving and environmental protection;
5. The battery electric drive workshop has a building area of 16,000 square meters, including an assembly area of 8,000 square meters, a logistics area of 6,300 square meters, and auxiliary rooms of 1,700 square meters.
The process layout is as follows:
The electric drive line adopts a double-loop layout with AGV delivery on the production line; finished products are directly sent to assembly through an aerial corridor.
