Changchun International Automobile City Creative Automobile R&D Industrial Park Construction Project Section One EPC General Contracting

The Changchun International Automobile City Creative Automobile R&D Industrial Park construction project has a total planned land area of 290,000 square meters and a total building area of 100,000 square meters. It includes buildings such as battery workshops, motor workshops, electric drive workshops, canteens, multi-story warehouses, and power station houses, as well as outdoor supporting facilities like external networks, landscape greening, and hard paving.

This project fills the gap in the electric drive system and its core component industry for new energy vehicles in the Automobile Development Zone, Changchun City, and Jilin Province. It is an important strategic layout for supplementing, strengthening, and extending the new energy vehicle industry chain in Jilin Province. By coordinating forward-looking planning, it aims to build a smart, green, and leading new energy electric drive system factory to create the first domestic 300,000-level clean electric drive factory. In 2024, it will be rated as a "Changchun City Digital Transformation (Demonstration) Factory"; it will comprehensively promote the localization of production line equipment with a shortened stator line project cycle of 6 months; the automation rate of the production line will exceed 95%, achieving the implementation of six key core manufacturing technologies such as stator 3D line forming, copper wire laser welding, rotor overall heat curing, and frozen shaft assembly, setting a new benchmark for industry factory planning.

This project applies the following new technologies:

1. Optical guiding lighting application: The canteen is planned to use optical guiding tube lighting technology. The roof is equipped with a light collector to efficiently capture natural light and guide it into the optical guiding tube system. Through reflective materials, light is evenly illuminated inside the dining area, replacing daytime electric lighting and saving energy while being environmentally friendly.

2. Smart lighting application: The workshop uses an intelligent lighting system that allows manual control in the main control room and workshop site. It can also achieve automatic control according to preset programs and can interact with the central control system to automatically control lighting switches based on production plans, saving electricity costs.

3. Integrated solar storage application: The usable area on the roof of the battery electric drive factory and finished product warehouse is about 40,000 square meters. The design has reserved photovoltaic load capacity with an estimated installed capacity of 3MW and an average annual power generation of about 3 million kWh. This will reduce CO2 emissions by about 1,800 tons annually and save approximately 500,000 yuan.

4. Battery energy storage technology application: Utilizing professional battery technology and resource advantages by using scrapped resources such as after-sales batteries and debugging batteries to develop "new energy + energy storage" technology to build a distributed new energy storage system for battery energy storage technology applications.

5. Refined energy management: Establish a digital energy management system with an energy module in the central control system to analyze energy consumption and carbon emissions with a data collection rate of 100%. Key equipment will use an intelligent group control system that automatically performs energy-saving management linked to production plans.

6. Adaptive application energy technology: Based on production plans and consumption levels, intelligently plan application scenarios for autonomous implementation of adaptive control of electricity and thermal energy. This includes feedback from motor overspeed testing with back electromotive force, battery discharge energy during testing, waste heat from air compressors, etc., achieving energy recovery and reuse.
