Red Flag Hall Renovation Project
This project is located in the Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to Jincheng Street to the south, Jiuyuan Alley to the north, Changqing Road to the east, and Wenguang Road to the west. The original FAW Auditorium was completed in 1978, primarily serving functions such as film screenings, performances, and meetings. It has been in use for 41 years, and the building is aging, nearing its normal structural lifespan. The fire safety facilities and structural safety no longer meet national standards, and public equipment and stage facilities do not meet actual usage needs. According to FAW Group's plan, the existing FAW Auditorium will be reinforced and renovated to meet the group's meeting and internal performance functions, aligning with modern conference usage requirements.
This project is a renovation project, with the original building area of approximately 5849.1 square meters. Outdoor renovations include: facade repairs (external insulation, door and window glass curtain walls, roof waterproofing, rainwater system changed to internal drainage, building night scene lighting), square renovation and refurbishment, square lighting, greening, and square drainage system. Indoor renovations include: structural reinforcement, updating public systems (power distribution, lighting, water supply and drainage, heating), security access control and monitoring systems, updating fire protection systems (evacuation, water fire protection system, electrical fire protection system, smoke exhaust system), conference systems (including broadcasting, sound systems, LED screens), stage systems (including stage lighting), interior decoration, fixed furniture updates, etc.
Since its opening in December 2019, the FAW Auditorium has successfully hosted numerous major meetings and performances, receiving unanimous praise from group leaders and users!
