This project is located in the Automotive Economic and Technological Development Zone of Changchun City, Jilin Province, surrounded by the Automotive Avenue and the planned municipal roads Xinkai East Street, Xinyuan Avenue, and Yiwujie. This project is a new passenger car manufacturing base, covering an area of 1.54 million square meters, with a building area of approximately 590,000 square meters. It includes new production workshops, supporting logistics warehouses, training and office buildings, public power facilities, factory walls, security posts, roads, parking lots, factory security, lighting, greening, and other infrastructure, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 Audi new energy passenger vehicles.

Newly built stamping workshops, welding workshops, painting workshops, assembly workshops, battery workshops and other production workshops; newly built assembly logistics warehouses and corridors as auxiliary production buildings; newly built technology centers, training colleges, test tracks for special vehicles, and high-speed test tracks as R&D and office facilities; newly built joint power station buildings, sewage treatment plants, oil supply stations, above-ground and underground water supply networks and their overhead supports as energy supply and environmental protection facilities; newly built oil storage warehouses, hazardous waste warehouses, waste treatment sites, weighbridges, safety monitoring centers, preparation rooms, vehicle inspection rooms, finished vehicle parking lots, logistics unloading areas, truck waiting areas, and over-temperature treatment areas as operation and maintenance facilities; newly built factory roads, pedestrian walkways, factory lighting, factory monitoring systems, factory greening systems, signage systems, employee parking lots, walls, security posts, and dispatch rooms as basic infrastructure.

This project features a large construction volume, high management density, tight construction schedule, high design standards, high construction quality standards, and a high coverage rate of digital applications. It utilizes technologies such as solar energy systems and rainwater recycling to meet the green building three-star standard and adopts a highly intelligent factory design to enhance user satisfaction and comfort.
