■ Construction Content: This project is located in the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 830,000 square meters, with a building area of about 480,000 square meters. The main construction content includes stamping workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop, lean center, body grouping station, new product warehouse, sorting and distribution workshop, joint station building, sewage treatment plant, office and living facilities, test track, parking lot, and other supporting facilities.

■ Project Design Concept
The entire factory area plans to have as many as 30 building units. Based on the control of logistics, personnel flow, and quality throughout the factory area, the design separates personnel flow from logistics. A pedestrian corridor is set up along the central axis of the factory area to guide personnel in and out while also serving as a viewing corridor for the factory area. This effectively connects the main buildings such as the factory entrance, welding, painting, assembly, and lean center while showcasing the production heritage of the automotive manufacturing enterprise. It organically combines humanistic care with corporate culture, creating a classic layout for automotive factory planning. The factory area also considers future development needs by adding extensibility for future construction in a compact and atmospheric layout.
■ Project Features
Automobile production adopts advanced manufacturing processes: servo stamping technology, laser welding technology, medium-frequency welding three-layer plate technology, robot stamping and welding technology, Conception framework technology, water-based paint 2010 process, highly flexible mixed-line assembly production and other advanced production process technologies that are technically leading with excellent equipment.
The architectural style of the factory area is simple and atmospheric. The architectural design comprehensively considers building fire safety, security, lighting, energy conservation, and corresponding green environmental protection measures. It also takes into account energy reuse methods such as reclaimed water utilization and waste heat recovery to create a green building three-star factory. At the same time, the factory area incorporates water-saving measures required by sponge city standards to transform the factory into a green energy-saving and low-carbon environmentally friendly advanced factory. The corporate spirit of FAW-Volkswagen "Create·Share High Quality" is integrated into the overall planning and design of the factory area, interpreting the corporate mission of "Promoting harmony among people, vehicles, and society."
