■ Construction Content: This project is located in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, covering an area of approximately 830,000 square meters, with a building area of about 480,000 square meters. The main construction content includes stamping workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop, battery workshop, aluminum casting workshop, high-end modification workshop, public power system, office and living facilities, test track, parking lot, and other supporting facilities.

This project is a high-end luxury car manufacturing base, aiming to create a 'global benchmark factory' under the concept of 'Made in China, Global Quality'. It strictly follows Volvo's globally unified VCMS (Volvo Car Manufacturing System) standards in planning, construction, and production processes to build a global intelligent manufacturing system.
■ Project Features
The Daqing factory has four major workshops with intelligent production systems that can achieve highly automated production.
The stamping workshop can achieve 100% automated stamping, ensuring efficient and precise stamping processes. The welding workshop uses high-precision connection technology and a unique adaptive welding control system to ensure that robots perform targeted automatic high-precision intelligent connections for different body structures and materials. The painting workshop can achieve automatic spraying, automatic cleaning, automatic color change, and automatic glue application. The assembly workshop can achieve 100% digital electric assembly, fully utilizing electric gun tightening tools. Assembly information is recorded and saved so that all key bolts in vehicle assembly can be traced for life.
The Volvo Cars Daqing factory has been recognized as the first intelligent factory in Heilongjiang Province. The factory is fully covered by a 5G network and employs industrial internet integration applications, industrial Ethernet technology, and wireless radio frequency technology to achieve interconnectivity among the R&D system, manufacturing engineering system, order system, logistics management and pull system, production control system, and complete vehicle dispatch system; flexibly, efficiently, and environmentally producing high-quality luxury cars for the world.
