■ Construction Content: This project is located in the Tianjin Eco-city Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 980,000 square meters, with a building area of about 340,000 square meters. The main construction content includes stamping workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, final assembly workshop, battery PACK workshop, resin workshop, inspection factory, visitor center, public power station system, office and living facilities, test track, parking lot, and other supporting facilities.

■ Project Design Concept
This project is a manufacturing base for high-end new energy SUVs. The design concept is to build a dedicated factory that requires minimal investment and matches electric vehicle factories while striving to contribute to the regional environment with a clean, green, and intelligent design that can enhance the attractiveness to loyal Toyota customers.
Minimizing construction investment to create an integrated factory that contributes to the profitability of pure electric vehicles.
■ Project Features
The process flow is reasonable, logistics are smooth, and it is carefully designed to reduce production costs. The process level and equipment selection for vehicle assembly and inspection match its production scale, making full use of the factory area and space, reflecting a flat layout and three-dimensional optimization design.
The production line adopts a river-type configuration, with parts supply using SPS supply method.
Laser online detection is set at the lower body and the end of the main welding line. At the same time, three-coordinate measuring machines and inspection tools are equipped outside the production line for random inspection of the complete vehicle body assembly and sub-assemblies. The surface quality of the complete vehicle body assembly is evaluated.
"Lean production" method adopts "just in time" production with high equipment productivity and operating rates.
