Phase II Comprehensive Warehouse Project of FAW Research and Development Institute

The comprehensive warehouse covers an area of 400 square meters and is a Class A warehouse used for storing materials used in automotive research and development. Inside the comprehensive warehouse, there is a set of stacker crane automated storage system covering an area of 210 square meters, which is used to store power batteries utilized in vehicle development by the battery laboratory. The design of the automated storage system meets the requirements for automated inbound, outbound, and storage operations. The design includes one aisle with double-deep shelving for a total of 13 levels and 148 storage locations.

The explosion-proof automated storage system designed and implemented within the Class A warehouse incorporates the chemical properties of the stored items. It features multiple safety fire protection measures including fire sprinklers, fire partitions, infrared temperature sensors, smoke detectors and alarms, fire water tanks, and factory fire linkage systems. Through automation and intelligent solutions, it efficiently enhances material storage density.
