New Energy Battery Electric Drive Base Battery Intelligent Storage System Project
This project uses a rail-guided stacker crane system with a total of 7 aisles and 3400 storage locations. Each storage location is equipped with five fireproof panels, smoke and temperature sensing devices, and fire system nozzles. Additionally, each aisle is equipped with a fire water tank, and both the lift and stacker are fitted with fire protection armor. The overall layout of the equipment is reasonable, ensuring smooth logistics and meeting the requirements for highly automated, efficient, intelligent logistics characteristics as well as safety and fire prevention standards.
This project progressively displays the overall information of three levels: warehousing logistics, production lines, and individual equipment through a digital twin system. This includes energy consumption and abnormal alarm information for equipment such as stackers and conveyor lines, as well as data that can be collected by the WCS, including equipment temperature, power consumption, equipment switch status, production status, and other data.
