Hongqi Changqing Factory Logistics Warehouse Construction Project
The Changqing Factory logistics warehouse construction project is a renovation project of the old factory area. The warehouse covers an area of 5000㎡ and innovatively uses a stepped shape warehouse design to integrate the logistics process with the shape of the site. This project is undertaken by the Mechanical Ninth Institute EPC, with a design rhythm of 25 JPH. In order to enhance the digitalization and intelligence level of factory logistics, a set of stacker crane automated warehouse is being built, designed with 4 aisles. The advantages of the automated warehouse are as follows:
1. The design of the automated warehouse fully considers material size compatibility, designing two types of storage locations. Three aisles store materials sized W1300mm*L1800mm, and one aisle stores materials sized W1800mm*L2500mm, totaling 912 storage locations across 8 levels.
2. The building height is 16m, and the automated warehouse height is 15m, maximizing space utilization efficiency. The automated warehouse has both inbound and outbound operations on the same side, avoiding low efficiency in space utilization when having inbound and outbound operations on both sides.
3. The WMS of the automated warehouse automatically interfaces with the Changqing Factory LES system, allowing the factory system to automatically dispatch tasks to the automated warehouse. The WMS of the automated warehouse synchronously transmits inbound and outbound inventory information to the factory in real-time. The automated warehouse employs automatic pallet de-stacking, stacking, and conveying.
