FAW-Volkswagen AU516 Welding Workshop Process Exhaust and Dust Removal Project
The exhaust and dust removal project for the FAW-Volkswagen AU516 welding workshop is contracted by the Ninth Mechanical Institute, including design, processing, installation, debugging, and accompanying production. It ensures that the working environment in the workshop meets environmental protection and occupational health requirements, as well as safety production and occupational health management agreement requirements.
The exhaust and dust removal system consists of 19 sets of systems, achieving comprehensive collection and treatment of spot welding and arc welding smoke and dust. It uses a double-layer hood to improve collection efficiency, with a dust collector filtration precision of 0.3 microns and a filtration efficiency of ≥99%. It also has a mode switching function for internal and external discharge, achieving energy-saving goals of internal discharge in winter and external discharge in summer. Each system is equipped with a variable frequency control cabinet, PLC display, and remote control box to realize system networking and remote control. The fire extinguishing system uses a heptafluoropropane automatic fire extinguishing system, which can achieve automatic alarm and automatic fire extinguishing, ensuring safety and reliability.
The completion of this project is an important part of making the FAW-Volkswagen AU516 welding workshop a green energy-saving factory, laying a solid foundation for the low-carbon operation of the FAW-Volkswagen factory.
