Battery PACK intelligent assembly line
The Mechanical Ninth Academy has developed an overall solution for intelligent battery PACK assembly lines based on lean processes, flexible transportation, automated assembly, intelligent control, and digital design. After thoroughly researching the assembly processes of different types of battery modules, flexible transportation systems such as mobile conveyor belts, turntables, transfer devices, lifting devices, and AGVs are used according to different production needs. High-automation assembly and testing equipment are scientifically and reasonably configured, combined with a well-functioning intelligent central control system, which enhances the production efficiency of the battery assembly line, fully ensures the quality of battery products, and reduces production costs. During the design and construction process of the production line, technologies such as 3D design, digital simulation, and virtual debugging were employed to significantly compress the design and construction cycle of the production line and reduce debugging and operating costs, achieving indicators that meet international advanced levels.
