The construction project of the Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle welding adjustment line is contracted by the Ninth Mechanical Institute. This project is an important part of the new platform for Shaanxi Automobile's light trucks. The production rhythm is 15 JPH, and the construction area of the adjustment line is approximately 2040 square meters. The project started in 2023 and is expected to be completed and put into production in 2024. The adjustment line includes full-process AGV transportation, transfer, storage of white bodies; smoke exhaust and dust removal system; intelligent lifting system for white bodies; intelligent laser coding; customized door fixtures; inspection tools; tightening tools; workstation tools; transfer vehicles; process steel structures; public branch pipelines, etc., enabling flexible production of 4+N types of vehicles.
This project adopts an intelligent AGV centralized scheduling system, achieving automatic transportation between workstations throughout the entire process of the adjustment line. It has high adaptability for future capacity upgrades of the line body. The roller AGV's sled transmission realizes automatic docking with the main welding line, greatly improving the transmission efficiency between lines and the stability of production rhythm. The automatic transfer mechanism for white bodies uses a Z-axis module, which not only allows for the detachment of white bodies from the main welding line's roller AGV sled but also enables automatic positioning of white bodies onto the adjustment line's latent traction AGV's cart. At the same workstation, it meets both vehicle and sled detachment while facilitating interactive work between the main welding line and adjustment line AGVs. Meanwhile, the adjustment line employs a comprehensive smoke exhaust and dust removal system that fully collects welding fumes in a closed manner, filters them completely, meeting environmental protection and occupational health requirements, fully reflecting the concept of a green factory. The handheld laser coding equipment uses an intelligent handheld coder that is lightweight, fast, and noiseless, fully considering ergonomics to minimize workers' labor intensity.
