This project aims to meet the logistics distribution needs of 200,000 Hongqi cars, with a planning concept focused on efficient operation and controllable costs, and the implementation of automated equipment. It addresses bottleneck issues such as insufficient logistics space, logistics equipment, and distribution capacity in the final assembly line. A new 6,600-item shuttle storage system will be built in the final assembly workshop to store and sort small to medium-sized items, reducing space gaps; a lighting picking system will be set up in the distribution area to improve order accuracy and enhance distribution efficiency; the interior and exterior lines will use AGVs (71 units) combined with side-following mechanisms for delivery, reducing the number of delivery personnel and improving logistics efficiency; standard parts and valuable small items will be stored using vertical cabinets (6 units) to reduce mis-picking rates and minimize distribution space.
