Red Flag H Assembly Workshop Logistics Transformation Project

This project is a comprehensive EPC general contracting project undertaken by the Mechanical Ninth Institute in 2019, ultimately achieving a logistics distribution goal of 25 JPH for the final assembly workshop. The logistics planning concept is advanced, and the level of intelligence is among the top in domestic automobile factories. It applies leading domestic technologies such as high-bay storage, electronic picking systems, LES logistics management systems, and AGV automatic distribution systems, achieving an automation rate of over 95% for logistics distribution. The main logistics distribution method used is SPS, which maximizes the savings of line-side area, reduces the time for production line workers to identify materials, and lowers the error rate in assembly. The logistics area is equipped with an electronic picking system, where workers select materials based on orders pushed by the LES system, improving picking efficiency and reducing picking error rates. The tools are delivered using an AGV automatic distribution system that automatically identifies the destination for material delivery and distributes materials as needed, reducing reliance on personnel and minimizing the number of logistics staff in the workshop. The workshop is equipped with an LES logistics management system to efficiently manage data flow, achieve refined and lean logistics management, and improve overall logistics efficiency in the workshop.
