FAW Hongqi Prosperity Factory Battery Electric Drive Workshop
The FAW Hongqi Prosperity Factory battery electric drive workshop is fully contracted by the Ninth Institute of Machinery. The workshop includes module assembly lines, power battery PACK assembly lines, three-in-one electric drive lines, and four-in-one electric drive lines. The processes of battery cell online and testing, busbar installation, busbar welding, motor/reducer online, assembly, and EOL testing are all fully automated. The entire workshop has a high level of automation. The workshop uses a comprehensive intelligent central control system independently implemented by the Ninth Institute, which has all-round intelligent management functions such as product tracking, safety system, equipment control, quality management, and predictive maintenance. It builds a digital twin platform to help the Prosperity Factory battery electric drive workshop become a benchmark workshop for intelligent manufacturing.
