Audi FAW New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. Battery Workshop
The battery workshop mechanized conveying project of Audi FAW New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. is contracted by the Ninth Mechanical Institute. It mainly includes sled conveying lines, a three-dimensional warehouse, roller conveying lines, module unpacking stations, testing area equipment, repair area equipment, steel structures, etc. The design rhythm is 30 JPH, and the total building area of the workshop is 37,200 m², divided into 5 process segments. This project is implemented in full accordance with Audi's global standards from design to manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. The scheduling and conveying equipment of the three-dimensional warehouse are managed through SAP and MMS systems, seamlessly connecting with the production management system to achieve full-process data tracking and product traceability for battery production, with a high level of automation and intelligence.
