Satellite Pulse Production Line Intelligent Assembly System General Contracting Project's production line and intelligent control system are contracted by the MMI Institute IX. The production rhythm is 1 satellite per day, with a workshop area of about 20,000 square meters. The production line mainly consists of packaging automatic lines, assembly lines, repair, and testing lines. AGV is used to achieve logistics within the workshop and transportation between product workstations. This production line can accommodate the assembly of frame-type satellites and box-type satellites with high flexibility, achieving automatic coating of thermal conductive grease, automatic application of thread sealant, high-precision installation of single machine components, automatic tightening, automatic identification, etc. The equipment level is leading in the industry. The intelligent control system has comprehensive intelligent control functions including material management system, production management system, quality management system, and equipment management system, achieving 'one satellite one file' for satellites, helping to reach an industry-leading level of intelligence and leading the development of satellite production lines.
