■ Production Scale: Phase I 300,000 front axles, 100,000 drive axles, Phase II 75,000 mining axles

■ Construction Content: This project is located in the Caijia Po Economic and Technological Development Zone of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. The project covers an area of approximately 24.2726 hectares, with a building area of about 144,000 square meters. The main construction content includes Joint Plant No. 1, Joint Plant No. 2, cafeteria, hazardous waste storage and oil storage, boiler room, guard posts 1, 2, and 3, reserved office building, connection construction for Joint Plant No. 2, finished product shipping shed, and supporting facilities.

■ Project Progress: Phase I commenced production in June 2019, Phase II commenced production in October 2022

■ Project Design Concept

This project follows Hander Axle's cultural concept of 'continuous innovation and pursuit of excellence', with an overall plan implemented in phases. Guided by lean production and lean logistics concepts, the project optimizes process layout to fully integrate multiple specialties and production workshops into a joint workshop. By reasonably dividing the functional areas of the factory area and minimizing logistics within the factory and workshops, it maximizes lean production efficiency. The phased construction and zoned management of the factory highlight the advantages of overall planning. The construction of the new project also accelerates Hander Company's goal of achieving an output value exceeding 10 billion ahead of schedule.

■ Project Features

Integrated joint plant with multi-specialty workshops: Through reasonable planning of stamping, welding, machining, assembly, coating, and logistics multi-specialty production processes and lean logistics, over 50 production lines of various processes and product categories are integrated into one joint plant. Measures such as high-low spans, longitudinal and transverse spans, lighting and ventilation skylights, and ground source heat pumps are used to integrate process requirements with building efficiency, merging efficient production with high-quality workshops.

The workshop integrates advanced production processes, automated production lines, and advanced technical products to ensure the high quality of Hander Axle's leading technology products such as electric drive axles and mining axles with high added value.
