This project is located in Pingdu, Qingdao, Shandong Province, covering an area of approximately 586,700 square meters, with a building area of about 353,268 square meters. The main construction content includes the new large casting workshop, relocation of the large casting workshop, relocation of the intermediate casting workshop, new casting testing and trial production workshop, casting processing workshop, sand regeneration workshop, forging heat treatment workshop, forging processing and assembly workshop, as well as major production workshops, public power systems, logistics and other supporting facilities.
■ Project Progress: The project will start construction in March 2024 and is expected to be completed by June 2025, with production starting in September 2025.

Implementing the concepts of green, energy-saving, environmental protection, intelligence, and harmony to build a casting and forging industrial park that integrates people and technology, is friendly to nature, and operates harmoniously and efficiently. The project focuses on key investments and has clear objectives to set a benchmark in the industry.
■ Project Features
Based on the characteristics of the products, the project has adopted the world's most advanced casting production line (static pressure molding line) through careful comparative analysis. The sand box dimensions are 2500x1600x500/500mm, making it the largest production line for automotive castings in the world.
This project uses the most advanced international medium-frequency induction electric furnace melting process. Additionally, multiple energy-saving measures have been implemented at various stages. By adopting these measures, energy consumption is ensured to reach 550 kwh/t, which is far below the Shandong Province limit standard of 570 kwh/t. The comprehensive coal consumption of this project is 0.23 tons of standard coal, meeting and being lower than the provincial advanced value indicators of 0.24-0.27 tons of standard coal. The project's energy consumption indicators are far below national standard requirements.
