The main construction content includes stamping workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop, battery electric drive workshop, and other supporting facilities.

The factory adheres to the design concept of 'New Nobility, New Exquisite, New Sentiment', follows the principles of 'Lean Production' and 'Quality First', and implements core manufacturing elements such as green, intelligent, and interconnected. It perfectly integrates Hongqi elements with modern factories, fully showcasing a modern automotive intelligent factory that embodies the cultural heritage of the Hongqi enterprise.

■ Project Features

The project system applies cutting-edge technologies such as cloud-native, microservices, big data, artificial intelligence, and digital twins to achieve independent innovation in the automotive factory production process, comprehensive digital operation, and intelligent business decision-making. Stamping achieves integrated design of material storage and production line, which is an industry first. Welding applies adaptive production chains for the first time on mass production lines, fully realizing flexible production without restrictions on vehicle models or platforms. Painting adopts green and environmentally friendly processes to achieve zero discharge of electrophoretic wastewater and comprehensive treatment of VOC gases. Assembly uses a new layout combined with a transportation form and adaptive fixture switching technology to achieve mixed-flow production for any platform. Each workshop is equipped with a central control system to realize intelligent management such as production process tracking, data collection, energy management, predictive maintenance, quality warning, vehicle sequence management, and scheduling, significantly different from traditional factories. Data-driven approaches inject new intelligence into the new factory.
