Hongqi Changqing Factory Logistics Warehouse Construction Project
The logistics warehouse construction project at Changqing Factory is under the EPC general contracting of Mechanical Ninth Institute. The logistics warehouse covers an area of 5000 square meters and innovatively uses a stepped shape design, integrating the logistics process plan with the shape of the site based on the existing conditions of the original factory. The logistics warehouse is designed with a rhythm of 25 JPH, maximizing space utilization. The logistics design fully considers the compatibility of material dimensions and adopts same-side inbound and outbound operations. Automatic pallet disassembly, stacking, and conveyor applications greatly enhance the level of logistics automation, achieving automatic docking between the warehouse WMS system and the factory LES system for real-time synchronization and interaction.
