The project aims to upgrade smart logistics and enhance the digitalization level of factories, contracted by the Mechanical Ninth Institute EPC. It involves the construction of an automated three-dimensional warehouse and the addition of intelligent logistics equipment. The cycle is 12 JPH, with a total logistics warehouse area of 19,000 square meters. The stacker crane warehouse adopts a double-deep shelf for dense storage, with a total of 5 layers and 2,176 storage locations. Its WMS system interfaces with the factory's existing LES system data to achieve automatic task distribution for shelving and unshelving, as well as automated inbound and outbound processes such as automatic conveying, automatic weighing and height measurement, automatic binding for inbound and unbinding for outbound, all in synchronized interaction.

The logistics warehouse and workshop use outdoor unmanned towing vehicles for internal transportation. The outdoor unmanned towing vehicles utilize the most advanced unmanned driving technology, automatically receiving delivery tasks, with global intelligent scheduling within the factory area, automatic coupling, and no human intervention throughout the process, achieving cutting-edge levels of intelligent delivery in the logistics industry.
