The Professional Technical Qualification Review Committee of the Ninth Design Institute of Mechanical Industry Co., Ltd. will organize the title defense work on June 16. Those who do not attend the defense without reason will automatically lose their qualification for evaluation.
1. Defense Procedure:
(1) Waiting Room: Meeting Room 602, Building 1
(2) Defense Locations:
Construction Engineering Defense Location: Second Meeting Room 516, 5th Floor, Building 1
Mechanical Engineering Defense Location: Third Meeting Room 514, 5th Floor, Building 1
Electrical Engineering Defense Location: First Meeting Room 512, 5th Floor, Building 1
(3) Participants will enter the defense room in batches according to the guidance of the staff in the waiting room.
(4) When participants hear the staff in the defense meeting room say 'Start self-introduction', they should begin their self-introduction. Then they will enter the Q&A session. No materials may be brought into the defense meeting room.
(5) Each senior-level participant has a defense time of 5 minutes: including a self-introduction of 3 minutes and questions from reviewers for 2 minutes. Each intermediate-level participant has a defense time of 3 minutes: including a self-introduction of 2 minutes and questions from reviewers for 1 minute.
(6) The specific defense times will be notified in the group on June 13.
2. Other Instructions:
(1) Participants must hold their original ID card and a photocopy, and maintain silence during the waiting period (online participants must hold their ID card for verification before the defense).
(2) Online participants must provide a scanned copy of the 'Online Defense Application' signed by themselves before the end of work on June 12 (naming rule: Construction (Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering - Intermediate (Senior) - Name) to Lu Dapeng. According to the contact person for each specialty, they will enter the Tencent meeting room and wait for the host's invitation to enter. If there is no response after more than two calls, it will be considered as voluntarily giving up participation in this year's review.
(3) Due to the upgrade of the Smart Human Resources System, all intermediate and senior-level participants are required to submit review fees to Lu Dapeng in the Human Resources Department between June 12 from 13:30 to 16:30, and should not submit in advance. According to the requirements of Qikong District, only cash is accepted. For subsidiaries or those on business trips during the payment period, please contact other colleagues for assistance with payment; those who do not pay will automatically lose their qualification for this year's evaluation, and assistant-level participants do not need to pay.
(4) The payment work for participants is implemented according to the 'Reply from Jilin Provincial Price Bureau and Jilin Provincial Finance Department on Agreeing to Adjust the Provincial Professional Technical Qualification Review Fee Standard' (Jilin Province Price Collection [2011] No.104). Participants in senior and associate senior title reviews are charged at a rate of 300 yuan/person, while those participating in intermediate title reviews are charged at a rate of 200 yuan/person.
(5) The entire defense process will be recorded; all participants are requested to dress formally and treat it seriously.
