1. Platform advocates behavior

(1) We call for the establishment of an equal and friendly online community, respecting other users within the community. Care for minors, attention to the elderly, and respect for gender equality; do not attack, insult, defame, or discriminate against others, do not infringe on others' legitimate rights and interests, and convey a warm and harmonious community atmosphere;

(2) We encourage original and high-quality content. It is recommended to reduce the splicing of online images, poor special effects, and content without substance; create works with clear artistic style, high completeness, and strong visual appeal;

(3) We advocate recording beautiful lives and expressing the true self. It is suggested to feature real people or explanations, avoiding false pretenses, sensationalism, or pseudo-documentary behaviors; avoid deliberately exaggerating or creating false personas;

(4) We suggest that internet users pay attention to the correct use of language, avoid typos and abbreviations of pinyin initials, and consciously comply with language norms;

(5) We advocate respecting labor results, being frugal, and eating reasonably, avoiding flaunting excessive consumption and opposing food waste;

(6) Please respect life, oppose the hunting and poaching of rare wild animals and plants, and refuse to raise or consume wild animals and plants. Care for animals, do not abuse, hunt, or trade live animals;

(7) We suggest that internet users enhance their awareness of online security prevention, be vigilant against online scams such as inducing gambling, loans, rebates, winning prizes, and online part-time jobs; report any abnormalities to the online platform at any time;

(8) We encourage users to publish scientifically validated content, refrain from spreading rumors. We encourage professionals in economics, education, healthcare, justice, etc., to publish authoritative and truthful information through platform certification, share industry knowledge, and promote industry prosperity.

2. The platform does not welcome the following behaviors

(1) Using negative social events or sensitive events for commercial marketing promotion;

(2) Content that easily poses personal safety risks: displaying/implementing dangerous behaviors with safety hazards (including but not limited to: dangerous driving, burning willow catkins, maliciously pranking others or potential dangerous elements), toys/tools with safety hazards;

(3) Publishing inappropriate behaviors aimed at attracting attention through sensationalism or maliciously criticizing others;

(4) Publishing behaviors that deliberately copy or imitate others' creativity and copywriting resulting in homogenized content.

3. The platform prohibits the following behaviors

(1) Endangering national and social security

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging national image and harming national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) Violating/breaking national religious policies; promoting cults, feudal superstitions, pseudoscience;

(6) Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, parades, demonstrations; disturbing social order and undermining social stability and public safety;

(7) Insulting or defaming others; infringing on others' reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights;

(8) Containing other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national provisions.

(2) Engaging in or spreading illegal criminal activities

(1) Advocating violence, terrorism, extremism; inciting violent acts or terrorist activities;

(2) Distorting or vilifying heroes and martyrs as well as their deeds and spirit;

(3) Spreading obscene materials; pornography; gambling; drugs; violence; murder; terrorism; incitement to crime;

(4) Content involving group fights or bullying that violates public order management;

(5) Using online platforms to commit fraud; pyramid schemes; smuggling; other illegal criminal activities.

(3) Endangering minors' safety

(1) The online platform prohibits any behavior or content that harms minors' physical and mental health as well as their legitimate rights:

① Content involving pornography or vulgarity related to minors;

② Behaviors that infringe on minors' physical/property/personality/privacy rights;

③ Content involving inappropriate behavior by minors;

④ Content that harms minors' physical health and values;

⑤ Behaviors that pose potential dangers to minors;

⑥ Content involving excessive consumption of minors;

⑦ Other behaviors and content that affect minors' life safety and healthy growth.

(2) Minors must obtain consent from their guardians when registering accounts on online platforms; otherwise guardians can notify the online platform through reasonable means to handle related accounts.

(4) Involving dangerous behaviors that may cause personal injury

(2) Displaying pessimistic content such as world-weariness or suicidal emotions;

(3) Displaying self-harmful behaviors such as self-mutilation or suicide while highlighting scars or wounds;

(4) Spreading bloody violent horror games; images; videos; etc., that are disturbing.

(5) Violating integrity and authenticity

(1) Infringing on others' rights such as reputation rights; portrait rights; privacy rights; patent rights; copyright; trademark rights etc.;

(2) Using others' business names; trademarks; logos without authorization;

(3) Spreading falsehoods or rumors that are misleading information;

(6) Spreading bad values

1. Spreading soft pornography, vulgar or sexually suggestive content that may lead to sexual associations, showcasing vulgarity, kitsch, low taste, and crude culture.

2. Promoting distorted views on marriage and relationships, spreading and conducting emotional manipulation courses; disseminating vulgar wedding chaos and other outdated and harmful ideologies.

3. Publishing content that involves regional, ethnic, or racial discrimination or mockery targeting specific groups (such as people with disabilities).

4. Displaying various funeral processes and scenes, exploiting the deceased for hype, attention, or sensational content.

5. Promoting flaunting wealth and materialism, distorted views on interests and money, and glorifying extravagant and corrupt lifestyles.

6. Disrespecting others' privacy by disseminating unauthorized recordings.

7. Other content that violates public order and morals or spreads uncivilized social phenomena.
