The Ninth Institute won the bid for the second phase of the total assembly project of FAW-Volkswagen in Foshan, which includes three spray lines.

On September 18, 2015, it was announced by Changchun FAW International Tendering Co., Ltd. that our company, Landi, successfully won the bid for the sealing test lines (hereinafter referred to as the rain test lines) for the second phase of FAW-Volkswagen's assembly in Foshan. This successful bid follows the Chengdu rain test line project and marks the maturation of the Landi brand in the assembly rain test line sector. Before 2014, the rain test lines for Volkswagen projects were completely monopolized by the German company Furrer, which posed high investment costs and limitations on subsequent modifications that troubled FAW-Volkswagen. In 2014, the management committee of Landi decided to initiate the project for the rain test line and to develop it independently. After several months of effort, we successfully developed the technology, which was recognized by FAW-Volkswagen. In the same year, we participated in the bidding for FAW-Volkswagen's Chengdu Plant No. 3 project and successfully won the expansion project for the Chengdu rain test line. The successful implementation of this project fully demonstrated our technical strength, management level, cost advantages, and service capabilities, earning us high trust from the owner. Landi became the first and only domestic supplier of rain test lines recognized and adopted by FAW-Volkswagen. The current bid project will produce models such as Golf A7, T-ROC, and X55, with potential future production of other Volkswagen and Audi series models. This project has very high requirements for design, construction, and debugging, adhering to Volkswagen's technical standards. The three rain test lines are complete process lines that include a water treatment recycling system, making it significantly more challenging than the Chengdu project. The success of this bid is attributed to the careful guidance of company leadership and the hard work of the contracting team. Company leaders approached this from a strategic perspective aimed at long-term cooperation, providing comprehensive guidance on bid organization and pricing strategy. In June and August of this year, Landi conducted on-site research at FAW-Volkswagen and engaged in in-depth discussions with their planning and maintenance personnel to understand user requirements regarding hardware, software, structure, etc., expressing our willingness to create high-quality projects that meet customer needs. The FAW-Volkswagen Foshan Phase II rain test line project is a milestone for Landi in the field of rain test line business; winning this project is significant for promoting our rain test line brand and expanding into other business markets based on it.
