The Ninth Academy won the bid for the general contracting project of the exhaust gas treatment facility in Chongqing Lifan's painting workshop.

On August 10, exciting news came from the mountain city of Chongqing. In the bidding for the general contracting of the exhaust gas treatment facility project at Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co., Ltd., our company stood out among seven competitors due to our good market reputation, mature and complete technical solutions, and meticulous organization and planning, winning the bid. This marks our first entry into the general contracting market for construction projects at Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co., Ltd., and we will also be using the industry-leading technology of rotary + RTO for exhaust gas treatment for the first time.
Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co., Ltd. has a long-term cooperative relationship with our institute in the field of engineering design and is a key client we focus on. Over the years, through project design and successful implementation, we have showcased our technical strength, project management capabilities, and advantages in cost and service from multiple angles, gradually gaining the trust of our clients. Our institute has broken the situation of only doing engineering design and expanded into general contracting business with this company.
The bid includes two sections: the exhaust gas treatment for the painting workshop and the general contracting for exhaust gas treatment. The annual spraying capacity is 150,000 vehicles, meeting the latest environmental protection requirements, with treatment air volumes of 800,000 m3 and 840,000 m3 respectively. The exhaust gas treatment project requires a dual 90% standard (i.e., collection and treatment rate exceeding 90%, purification efficiency exceeding 90%), with exhaust temperature not exceeding 120°C, using rotary + RTO treatment method.
During the bidding process, the leadership of our institute carefully planned and arranged a strong team mainly composed of the Business Development Department and the Equipment Branch. Ultimately, we won both sections with the most suitable technical solutions for the owner's needs at the most reasonable price.
Winning this project is a milestone for our institute's market expansion in VOC exhaust gas treatment projects. Currently, the project contract has been signed, and design work is underway, entering the design scheme co-signing phase.
