10Month30On the day of the event, the 10th 'Golden Mouse' Cup Digital Technology Application Competition, organized by the MMI INSTITUTE IX Union and hosted by the Digitalization Department of the Technology Center, successfully concluded. Mu Xuefeng, Deputy General Manager of the Mechanical Ninth Institute, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Huafeng, Assistant General Manager and Dean of the Architectural Engineering Institute, Lu Zhendong, Dean of the Manufacturing Technology Institute, Yin Xiaodong, Assistant General Manager of the Equipment Division, Wu Haifeng, Director of the Office Party Committee Office, and the judging panel were present at the competition site.
Before the competition, Mu Xuefeng pointed out that the core purpose of establishing the 'Golden Mouse' Cup is to cultivate employees' solid digital application skills to improve project quality and reduce costs while increasing efficiency. This will help the company build new productive forces. He hopes that young employees will continue to actively engage in research and application of digital technology, keep pace with industry frontiers, strengthen their knowledge system construction, create their own technological advantages, enhance the brand value of the Mechanical Ninth Institute, better serve customers, and continuously contribute to achieving the strategic goal of 'leading in digital application in the industry'.
This competition was themed 'Value Creation · Knowledge Sharing' and based on the principle of 'digital empowerment for all projects and processes'. According to the preliminary results and evaluations from the Technology Center, a total of6project teams and8individual contestants entered the finals. Each contestant introduced their project's digital application achievements from several aspects including project complexity, planning, design standards, problem-solving, innovation, and promotional value. They also answered questions from judges on-site. The judging panel scored based on established criteria while the competition was broadcast live online.
After more than three hours of exciting competition, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were awarded in the team competition; two first prizes, three second prizes, and three third prizes were awarded in the individual competition.
This competition provided a platform for project teams and individuals to showcase their learning by sharing technical experiences. It has unearthed and cultivated a large number of high-caliber young talents in digital factories and encouraged more employees to participate in digital research and application.
In the future, the Digitalization Department of the Mechanical Ninth Institute will coordinate with the Architectural Engineering Institute and Equipment Division to keep pace with industry developments, deepen digital technology system construction, dare to innovate and implement thoroughly to continuously contribute to maintaining a prominent position in the digital industry field.
