Liu Shixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Ninth Machinery Institute, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Dong Jinghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Deputy General Manager, presided over the meeting. Members of the company's Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission, members of various Party branches, some Party members and cadres attended the main venue; all personnel from external branches, project site personnel, and other staff from headquarters participated via video conference at their respective units.
In the first phase of the meeting, the Ninth Machinery Institute invited Professor Zhong Haitao, Director of the Party Building Research Department at Jilin Provincial Party School, to give a lecture titled 'Further Deepening Reform to Promote Chinese-style Modernization: Interpretation of the Spirit of the 20th National Congress'. He led all Party members and cadres to study in detail the new concepts, new experiences, and new achievements from the 20th National Congress. In the second phase of the meeting, participants collectively watched an internal warning education film that vividly revealed the seriousness and harmfulness of violations of regulations and laws through compelling cases. The content was thought-provoking and soul-stirring, educating and guiding employees to always uphold legal and disciplinary boundaries.
Subsequently, Liu Shixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Ninth Machinery Institute, delivered an important speech. Combining with the current situation and tasks of the company regarding deepening strict governance of the Party, he provided collective reminders on integrity to all levels of Party members and employees: First, enhance positioning and unify thoughts to deeply understand the significant importance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress; second, combine with promoting the spirit of the Congress to strengthen a sense of mission in implementing company strategic planning; third, effectively bear 'two responsibilities' for strict governance of the Party.
