To stimulate the innovative consciousness of young employees and create a new platform for skill display,12Month7On the day of the event, the Youth League Committee of the Ninth Mechanical Institute and the Technical Center jointly held the company's first "Innovation and Creativity Competition" final review. Li Yunsheng, Deputy General Manager of the Ninth Mechanical Institute and General Manager of the Intelligent Business Unit, and Li Huafeng, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of the Technical Center, attended the competition as judges, with Wang Kailyi, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Ninth Mechanical Institute, hosting the event.
The first "Innovation and Creativity" competition was themed "Innovation, Exploring Infinite Possibilities for Future Factories," with entries covering four major areas: "Intelligent Technology Innovation," "Digital Technology Innovation," "Design Work Innovation," and "Management Innovation." In the preliminary review stage, a total of32teams and individual projects registered for the competition. After screening by their respective party branches and youth branches, as well as expert preliminary reviews, a total of19teams and individual projects entered the final review competition, with approximately100participants in total.
The final review invited11experts as judges, among which9experts provided guidance throughout from the preliminary review stage, offering suggestions for improving entries from multiple dimensions such as personalized transformation, application scenarios, secondary development, enhancing user experience, and value promotion.
After an intense afternoon of competition, first prizes were finally awarded to2teams for second prize4teams for third prize6teams for excellence award7teams. Li Huafeng, Assistant General Manager of the Ninth Mechanical Institute and General Manager of the Technical Center, announced the final evaluation results and provided a summary comment.
At the end of the competition, Li Yunsheng, Deputy General Manager of the Ninth Mechanical Institute and General Manager of the Intelligent Business Unit, delivered a concluding speech. He highly praised and affirmed the enthusiasm and innovative spirit displayed by the participants and expressed expectations and requirements for young employees to engage in innovation. This competition showcased the unlimited potential of young employees and also highlighted hope for the company's future.
