To promote the spirit of craftsmanship and comprehensively enhance employees' job skills,11Month11On the day of the event, the Mechanical Ninth Institute's Landi Company held the seventh employee skills competition. The assistant general manager and general manager of the equipment division, Cui Zhaojun, attended the award ceremony and delivered a summary speech, while Song Wei, the executive deputy general manager of the equipment division and general manager of Landi Company, gave the opening speech for the competition.
This competition included projects such as robot welding programming ,EMSelevator frame electromechanical assembly, laser welding, etc.13During the process, the contestants operated in a standardized and orderly manner, showcasing their skill levels with great enthusiasm. The judges measured rigorously, compared carefully, and were dedicated and responsible; additionally, two technical experts from FAW Group were specially invited to serve as judges, making the competition results more objective and fair. This also introduced fresh perspectives to better guide skill enhancement for employees. Compared to previous competitions, the biggest highlight of this event was the introduction of team competitions in addition to individual events, guiding employees towards collaboration and awareness of inheritance, greatly enhancing everyone's sense of collective honor and team cohesion.
After a day of intense competition, Shao Long and others10won first prize in their respective categories, Yan Huiliang and others10won second prize in their respective categories, Du Wengui and others10won third prize in their respective categories, Li Haibin and others3's team won first prize in the collective project.
At the award ceremony, Cui Zhaojun delivered a summary speech, fully affirming the organization and preparation of this competition as well as the outstanding performance of the contestants. He emphasized that enterprise development relies on talent; Mechanical Ninth Institute always regards talent as the first resource for career development, core element, and source of motivation. The purpose of holding a skills competition is to create a platform for employees to exchange skills, enhance skills, and showcase skills.
