The dance team of the Ninth Hospital showcased their talents in the semifinals of the group's talent competition.

On the afternoon of July 2, the dance group semi-finals of the 2015 Employee Talent Competition organized by the group's trade union were held at the FAW Auditorium. After fierce competition, the two dances sent by our institute's trade union successfully entered the semi-finals with excellent results of fourth and sixth place. This is the best performance our institute has ever achieved in such competitions.
To alleviate work pressure for employees, our institute's trade union established the Rainbow Cultural Club and the Rainbow Sports Club, which includes several associations to meet various interests and hobbies of employees. Coincidentally, the group company held an employee talent showcase competition. Under the guidance of the institute's trade union, the Yoga Association and the Literary Performance Hosting Association each presented a belly dance 'KISS' and a dance 'Timber' for competition. More than 20 dance enthusiasts worked hard, utilizing their lunch and evening breaks to go from song selection to rehearsal, from movements to details, producing a well-formed dance in just one month, demonstrating strong cohesion and a sense of responsibility. Most participants also served as key dancers for both performances. Although rehearsals were extremely challenging and time-consuming, taking up much of their spare time, everyone's enthusiasm remained high, incorporating their love for dance and feelings for our institute into their movements. The leadership of the trade union also attached great importance to this competition, providing strong support in terms of instructors and costumes, and often offering care and guidance. On the day of the semi-finals, Liu Shixin, deputy secretary of the institute's party committee and chairman of the trade union, visited the competition site to greet the dancers accompanied by Chen Jianjun, head of the Party-Mass Work Department.
At the moment when the semi-final results were announced, the dance team erupted with excitement. Such outstanding results are inseparable from the support of trade union leaders and associations, as well as from the diligent and selfless dedication of dance enthusiasts. Everyone expressed that they would continue to work hard to achieve even better results in the semi-finals and reach a higher starting point.
