According to the requirements of the Group Company Party Committee and the work plan for the "Three Stricts and Three Realities" special education by the Ninth Institute, a mobilization meeting for the special party class and work deployment was held on the afternoon of June 4. More than 70 members of the Ninth Institute leadership team, senior managers, secondary managers, party branch secretaries, and committee members attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Liu Shixin, deputy secretary of the Ninth Institute Party Committee, delivered a special party class titled "Practicing 'Three Stricts and Three Realities' to Promote New Development of the Ninth Institute in a Good and Fast Manner." In this special education party class, Secretary Liu combined the actual situation of the Ninth Institute to comprehensively and systematically interpret, analyze, and explain several aspects including the significant meaning and spiritual connotation of "Three Stricts and Three Realities," manifestations of "not strict and not real" in thoughts and work, and how to practice "Three Stricts and Three Realities" in practice.
After the party class, Secretary Liu made specific deployments and mobilizations for the Ninth Institute to carry out special education on "Three Stricts and Three Realities." He pointed out that cadres at all levels should earnestly understand the spiritual connotation of "Three Stricts and Three Realities," carefully identify and analyze existing problems and shortcomings in light of actual conditions, highlight problem orientation, fulfill the responsibility of "manufacturing technology core support," and implement rectification with a strict style and discipline. All units, departments, and party branches must strictly follow the group requirements and the Ninth Institute's plan in practice, refine work plans, grasp key links, and ensure effective results. The leadership team also read out 10 commitments.
The special education on "Three Stricts and Three Realities" at the Ninth Institute officially starts today. Party organizations at all levels of the Ninth Institute and a large number of party members and leading cadres will earnestly organize implementation according to group requirements and the deployment of the Ninth Institute Party Committee, take the lead in carrying out education, and strive to make greater contributions to FAW development with a spirit of "strictness" and a style of "realism."
