Recently,2022the annual China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award was announced. The Ninth Institute of Machinery's projects "Application of Intelligent Manufacturing and Digital Twin Technology in the Wide-body Vehicle Assembly Line Lighthouse Factory Project" and "Innovation and Application of Intelligent, Digital, and Green Innovative Technologies in the Automotive Factory Painting Workshop"2both won the third prize of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.
"Application of Intelligent Manufacturing and Digital Twin Technology in the Wide-body Vehicle Assembly Line Lighthouse Factory Project" is based on SANY Heavy Industry's intelligent transformation and upgrade project of the original assembly line. After implementation, it achieved an increase in assembly automation rate25%, an increase in logistics automation rate70%, established a comprehensive central control system, and realized a virtual-real interconnection system based onPlant simulation.
"Innovation and Application of Intelligent, Digital, and Green Innovative Technologies in the Automotive Factory Painting Workshop" originates from the painting workshop of China FAW Hongqi Prosperity Factory. The painting workshop has big data analysis and cloud computing capabilities, innovatively integrating digitalization and intelligence, achieving multi-platform and flexible production of Hongqi vehicles, personalized customization of painting, through the application of dry spray painting innovative technology,VOCtreatment technology, flexible and timely allocation technology for intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, reclaimed water reuse technology, and intelligent energy management technology to achieve green production in the painting workshop, with comprehensive indicators leading domestically.
