Vice General Managers Yang Yumin and Mu Xuefeng presented awards to the “Rising Star” winners.
Vice General Managers Li Yunsheng and Dong Jinghua presented awards to the “Outstanding Mentor” winners.
During the interactive exchange session, company leaders provided detailed answers to questions that new employees were particularly concerned about.
Liu Shixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, communicated with new employees on three levels: responsibility, learning, and growth. After reporting for duty, the Human Resources Department introduced new graduates to the onboarding procedures and training programs, presenting them with cultural shirts, thermos cups, backpacks, new employee service manuals, and other exquisite welcome gifts. To better help new employees understand the company's corporate culture, strategic goals, and company policies, facilitating their professional transformation from campus to workplace and enhancing basic business awareness and capabilities, the Human Resources Department organized a month-long “Eagle Journey”.2022Annual New Employee Training Work.
The main responsible persons of each unit provided training on corporate culture and strategy, organizational structure and departmental responsibilities, discipline education, occupational safety education, basic professional qualities, workplace etiquette, digital technology skills, basic knowledge of professional positions, as well as two-dimensional and three-dimensional software. The Human Resources Department also organized visits for new employees to FAW's historical culture exhibition hall, Hongqi exhibition hall, and Landi Company to fully understand FAW's development history and enhance their sense of historical mission and responsibility while practicing advanced technologies in digital factories.
