More than 20 people in the equipment department are working overtime on-site during the Spring Festival.

[Li Hui reports] During the Spring Festival, as families reunite, to ensure the smooth progress of various engineering projects, a total of 24 employees from the equipment sector remained on-site at 16 engineering projects during the Spring Festival, overcoming difficulties and accelerating construction, successfully completing their phase tasks. On the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, Liu Shixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ninth Institute and General Manager of Landi Company, visited the construction site of the new Changchun Taojin Cup factory to greet the overtime workers on-site and sent New Year blessings, expressing condolences for their hard work.
In recent years, the equipment sector has undertaken multiple production line construction and technical transformation projects both within and outside the group company, resulting in a heavy workload for employees. Especially during the Spring Festival, many projects need to take advantage of the holiday for renovations, leading some employees to forgo their holiday rest and continue working intensively at various project sites. Among them, Zhao Yanan simultaneously undertook the renovation of the wax lifting machine for FAW-Volkswagen Chengdu Phase II and the renovation of the wax line for Phase IV, successfully completing equipment replacement and installation tasks over five consecutive days during the Spring Festival; Zhao Xiurong was responsible for the renovation of the painting line at the new Changchun Taojin Cup factory, completing tasks such as modifying the drying room air curtain fan duct in a high-temperature and confined space environment. Additionally, employees stationed at project sites in Chengdu, Foshan, Qingdao, Tianjin, Shanghai, and other locations prioritized overall interests, sacrificing precious rest time to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
While visiting on-site employees, company leaders including Liu Shixin also gained a detailed understanding of the overall construction situation and safety measures during the Spring Festival. They hoped that project teams would implement safety precautions effectively and organize construction production scientifically and reasonably to strive for a safe and peaceful Spring Festival. To employees who remained at out-of-town project sites during the Spring Festival, company leaders also specially sent New Year greeting letters to express their best wishes.
