To implement the talent development strategy for the 14th Five-Year Plan and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the general contracting business, on November 24, the Ninth Institute held the launch ceremony for the "Kunpeng Plan" EPC General Contracting Project Manager Training Program. Vice General Managers Yang Yumin, Mu Xuefeng, and Dong Jinghua, along with leaders from various units and training participants attended.
At the meeting, Vice General Manager Dong Jinghua provided a detailed introduction to the purpose and training plan of the "Kunpeng Plan" EPC General Contracting Project Manager Training Program. This project aims to systematically enhance project managers' theoretical knowledge, project management capabilities, and comprehensive operational abilities. Through online learning, centralized training, case sharing, benchmark visits, and project practice, it will deeply integrate classroom learning with project practice to empower high-quality project managers.
In his mobilization speech, Vice General Manager Yang Yumin pointed out that the company's general contracting business volume has significantly increased in recent years, and overall development is progressing positively. The capabilities and qualities of project managers are crucial; they must be willing to bear various pressures, possess a passion and motivation for entrepreneurship, have strategic planning abilities to oversee the entire project, be adept at handling complex situations with adaptability, possess great wisdom and courage to overcome challenges, have good self-control abilities, exhibit charisma that can unite people and form synergy, and demonstrate strong execution capabilities. This "Kunpeng Plan" training for project managers and high-potential talents serves as a starting point for enhancing business capabilities, improving management levels, and strengthening the ability to respond to various work challenges, which will facilitate the rapid transformation and development of professional project managers within the company's talent team.
