On November 22, the Party Committee of the Ninth Institute held a theoretical center group study seminar to convey and learn the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party, and to study and deploy relevant work for the Ninth Institute to implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session. Liu Shixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, with members of the Party Committee attending.
The meeting conveyed and studied the "Communiqué of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China," "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party on Major Achievements and Historical Experiences of the Party's Century-Long Struggle," and General Secretary Xi Jinping's explanation on the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party on Major Achievements and Historical Experiences of the Party's Century-Long Struggle."
In his speech, General Liu emphasized that party organizations at all levels in the Ninth Institute and a wide range of party members should deeply understand the significant meaning of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee. Learning, promoting, and implementing the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session should be regarded as a political task for now and in the future, closely integrating it with production and business operations. It is necessary to plan comprehensively and arrange meticulously, organizing learning through various platforms such as three meetings and one class, themed party day activities, etc., to quickly create a wave of learning, promotion, and implementation, stimulate strong enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, ensure this year's work is successfully completed, plan ahead for next year's work, and promote high-quality development of the Ninth Institute's undertakings.
