Recently, the Ninth Institute successfully won the bid for the design project of the new battery factory of Hive Energy in Chengdu. This marks the second time the Ninth Institute has won a battery project since taking on the design project for the Hive Energy battery factory in Huzhou.
The project covers an area of approximately 1,600 acres, with a building area of about 1 million square meters. This is Hive Energy's largest single investment and highest production capacity planning base in Sichuan, playing a crucial strategic role in Hive Energy's capacity layout. The project includes production auxiliary facilities such as electrode assembly workshops, formation workshops, trial production lines, module workshops, warehouses, hazardous materials storage, safety laboratories, performance laboratories, physical and chemical laboratories, and hazardous waste treatment. It also includes facilities such as a cafeteria, office buildings, public joint station buildings, parking lots, roads, pipelines, factory walls, and guard rooms.
