New Journey | The grand opening of the Shanghai branch of the Ninth Institute

Gathering momentum and planning for the future, we innovate for tomorrow. On October 27, the Shanghai branch of the Ninth Institute officially opened in Yangpu District, Shanghai. Tao Weimin, Chairman of the Coating Branch of the China Surface Engineering Association, Ji Zhijun, Assistant General Manager of the Shanghai Yangpu Technology Entrepreneurship Center, representatives from major clients and suppliers, as well as representatives from banks, law firms, securities companies, and media were invited to attend the opening ceremony. The Chairman of the Ninth Institute, Qian Bin, along with other directors and supervisors, Liu Shixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Ninth Institute, other team members, and key personnel from various departments, as well as Zhang Shudong, General Manager of the Shanghai branch and all employees witnessed the opening ceremony together.

Before the opening ceremony, Qian Bin, Chairman of the Ninth Institute, and other leaders visited all employees at the Shanghai branch. Liu Shixin, General Manager of the Ninth Institute, and Zhang Shudong, General Manager of the Shanghai branch jointly unveiled the branch.

During the celebration event, Tao Weimin, Chairman of the Coating Branch of the China Surface Engineering Association delivered a speech on behalf of the association and clients. He warmly congratulated the official opening of the Shanghai branch of the Ninth Institute and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the long-term support provided by the Ninth Institute to both the association and clients in East China. He emphasized that the vibrant and promising Ninth Institute should actively integrate into new rounds of construction and development across various provinces and cities in East China as well as vehicle manufacturers and parts enterprises. They should seize significant opportunities presented by digitalization, intelligent transformation, new technology-driven changes, and adjustments in industrial policies. By working diligently and honing internal capabilities to provide valuable services that meet client needs and enhance client experience, they aim to become a strong support for clients while continuously leading industry development with high expectations.

General Manager Liu Shixin delivered an enthusiastic speech themed 'Close to the Market, Precise Service, Everything Centered on Customers.' He warmly welcomed guests who took time out of their busy schedules to attend this opening ceremony on behalf of the Ninth Institute and explained the strategic considerations behind establishing the Shanghai branch. In this new development period, it is even more essential for the Ninth Institute to be close to clients, listen to their needs, analyze demands, grasp trends, stay ahead of clients, proactively guide them with precise and meticulous services to enhance client experience comprehensively and help clients achieve greater success. Therefore, in its '14th Five-Year' strategic plan, it clearly states that within three years it will gradually establish subsidiaries in North China, East China, South China, Southwest regions to form a nationwide customer service and marketing network layout. The establishment of subsidiaries aims to further get closer to the market, integrate with clients, respond quickly with precise services while leveraging regional advantages to ensure clients' peace of mind and reflect our value. The establishment of subsidiaries will also fully utilize regional talent advantages to attract talents with differentiated advantages to expand new business growth points and cultivate clients in new fields. The Shanghai branch serves as a forward base and stronghold for the Ninth Institute in East China and will serve vehicle manufacturers and parts enterprises in provinces such as Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui as well as major clients in machinery industries and emerging markets.

After the launch ceremony concluded, Zhang Shudong, General Manager of the Shanghai branch of the Ninth Institute delivered a speech stating that he would remember his mission and live up to expectations by relying closely on all employees at the branch.
