[Li Hui reports] Since the trial production factory of Landi Company began operations, it has faced a peak in production tasks starting from June. To ensure the smooth progress of over ten production tasks, including the FAW-Volkswagen T88 production line and group company R&D projects, following the '100 Days of Hard Work' campaign, the Landi trial production factory organized another '150 Days of Hard Work Labor Competition' starting in July. Employees from various workshops and departments actively responded, and currently, all production work is proceeding as planned.
Since the start of the hard work campaign, employees from various workshops and departments in the factory have overcome difficulties, working overtime until 8 PM every day and not taking breaks on weekends. In order to save time and speed up progress, party members and leaders have taken the lead on the front lines, with many employees voluntarily returning to their posts after lunch. During work, some employees insisted on working despite having high fevers; others returned to work early after surgery due to illness. All employees in the trial production factory have been competing with each other during this hard work period, showing high enthusiasm and raising production quality and efficiency to new heights, effectively promoting the smooth progress of various key engineering projects.
As of early October, with the joint efforts of all employees in the factory, the PVC vertical lifting system project initiated by the group company has been fully completed and has entered the on-site installation phase; 50% of the assembly test line project for self-propelled carts initiated by the group company has been completed; all work on the new wax conveying system initiated by the group company has been completed, with a processing qualification rate of 100%, currently in the final assembly and debugging stage; 30% of the assembly friction test line project initiated by the group company has been completed; 70% of the workstation body for Tianjin Huatai coating project has been completed; 80% of the wax filling line project for FAW-Volkswagen T88 has been completed; 40% of the manufacturing work for 603 rolling beds in the external conveying equipment project for FAW-Volkswagen T88 has been completed; the workstation body project for FAW-Volkswagen T88 has completed its first piece trial production and confirmation work and is about to enter mass production; 60% of standard parts for wax filling fixtures for five projects have been completed.
During this hard work period, employees at Landi Company's trial production factory have worked in a tense yet orderly manner, with close departmental coordination and balanced workshop scheduling, each person contributing their best. Through overtime work, they have completed all production tasks assigned by the company while ensuring quality as planned. Song Wei, head of the trial production factory, stated that there are still many busy production tasks ahead, and all employees are prepared for further hard work to strive to deliver a satisfactory report to the company by year-end.
