The VOCs comprehensive treatment project of FAW-Volkswagen's second painting plant has officially started construction with the successful hoisting of the first batch of goods arriving at the project site during the golden autumn of October and the National Day. Currently, the equipment dismantling work is steadily progressing according to plan. Prefabricated parts and purchased components are also arriving at the site one after another. The project team is united and working hard to strive forward, putting in all efforts to complete the joint debugging milestone on November 25!
The painting workshop has completed equipment installation and individual machine debugging, and the robots have completed spraying simulations for 8 vehicle models. To ensure the upcoming pre-treatment tanking and paint can filling milestones, during the National Day holiday, the project team is tirelessly organizing on-site joint debugging work to celebrate the birthday of our motherland!
This project will reach a critical milestone for civil construction entry at the end of October. To complete the dismantling of existing equipment in the workshop, with the client's assistance, the on-site project management team will continue to be stationed at the Hefei project site during the National Day holiday, working overtime to fulfill their duties, celebrating the birthday of our country with hard work, and contributing to completing the final dismantling task. We believe we can present a satisfactory answer!
In this golden autumn of October, as the whole country celebrates and harvests abound, the Beijing Foton Daimler project has also entered a '30-day intensive installation' phase. To ensure that the project installation milestones are met, on the eve of National Day, Assistant General Manager of the company’s Business Center Shi Fu and Director of Equipment Engineering Institute Cui Zhaojun visited the project site for guidance. All members of the project team will focus on safety, quality, and progress as guiding principles, working hard for 30 days to ensure that project installation milestones are completed, laying a solid foundation for subsequent debugging work and contributing to the initial cooperation between No. 9 Institute and Foton Daimler to achieve set goals!
The project plans to start production condition verification on October 8. During National Day, it will organize to complete debugging and finishing work for the first batch of trial production equipment, cleaning, filter installation, ignition of drying ovens, assembly of skids, and cooperation with construction site work. The project team will continue to fight on the front lines of epidemic prevention and control as well as production during National Day to ensure daily plans and key milestones are achieved as a gift for our country's 72nd birthday!
The Foton Changsha Super Truck painting workshop is about to enter the SOP phase with a production plan of 1,000 units in October. To ensure equipment stability during mass production, the project team is stationed on-site to inspect equipment and rectify issues, ensuring a smooth achievement of SOP by October 30! The project team wishes our great motherland a happy birthday and prosperity through their actions!
Currently, the steel structure installation for this project has entered its final stage, with all installations expected to be completed by mid-October. Equipment such as rolling beds and elevators are being assembled and installed vigorously. To ensure compliance with Great Wall Motor's factory audit milestones during National Day, the project team will maintain efficient work and orderly organize safe production to celebrate our country's birthday!
